My poor little 7 month old kitten, Kenshin, has been having seizures for the last three days... My mom and I noticed the first day that he was foaming at the mouth, didn't know what to think, so we decided we'd just watch him... The second day, Mom heard something making noise in the kitchen while she was watching TV, and when she went to look, Kenny cat had already gone into the seizure. Then, the third day (aka today) was the worst. At around 1am, I get a text from my mom saying Kenny had had a 3rd seizure, so I told her that I would call the vet later. Took Kenny in to get blood tests, which won't be back til tomorrow... But, just as I pulled back into our driveway, I noticed Kenny was freaking out in his cat carrier, then started convulsing again... I freaked, but kept a level head at the same time, hurrying up the drive as fast and safe as I could. Honked the horn on the car a bunch of times while trying to get into the cat carrier, finally grabbed my phone and called my parents who were just inside the house... (i swear my parents are deaf!) I just about screamed to them that Kenny had gone into yet another seizure, and rushed him into the house. Thankfully, none of the seizures have lasted over a couple of minutes, but I'll keep everyone posted on whatever problem he may have. Poor little thing is crashed out on my lap now, and I'm exhausted both mentally and physically.

Got the call from the vet. Poor cat has a triple whammy, as in he has feline leukemia, parasites, and an infection. Poor boy. We're going to put him on meds for the parasites and infection, but really just have to watch and wait on the leukemia. My vet said that some cats can fight off the leukemia, so we're hoping since he's done so well with what he has so far, he'll be able to fight off the leukemia as well. Going to have him retested in about 3 weeks.
